Forever Leather Jacket’s primary aim is to guarantee customer satisfaction. We hold ourselves responsible for providing our clients with the best solution to address their problems in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. The policies listed below may be relevant to obtain a refund:

. After receiving the order, you have 15 days to file a refund claim.

. A valid refund request requires the original price tag, packaging, and justification. The client must provide a valid justification for their refund request.

. The refund policy won’t apply if a customer returns a product with a dent or damage that they were unaware of when they filed for a refund.

. We process requests and decide within a maximum of 7 working days.

. It is necessary to present the damaged product proof in its original packaging.

. Claims without legal evidence will be rejected right away.

. Any claim made at a payment company like PayPal or Stripe is immediately rejected by FLJ. That’s because we can settle disputes throughout the day or night. However, if a third party is involved, the refund request will be canceled.

. Refund requests for certain items, such as false assertion claims about unexpected quality or features or specifications not included in the product description, or fabricated claims that diverge from email correspondence, will not be accepted. Refunds will not be handled in these circumstances.

. We hold the right to reject any false accusations from the client.
