Refund & Returns Policy

ForeverJackets believes in being valuable for the customers and that’s the reason we take refund, return and exchange needs seriously. In order to keep things systematic and clear, following are the return and exchange policies our company functions upon. Before making the claim for return and exchange please make sure you have read, understood and agreed to the policies.

Return

We guarantee that you’d never require to use the “return policy” due to the quality delivered by us. However, in case there’s something that requires you to avail of the return policy, please make sure any one of the clauses is satisfied:

The delivered product is damaged

The delivered product isn’t the same one that you place an order for

The following policies were implemented if one seeks a return or exchange policy

  • For refund, only the cost of the product will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The refund can be claimed within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Tags need to be present on the product
  • Ensure that the raised claim is legit
  • Do not accept the order if the packaging is already opened
  • Claims for custom jackets are never accepted as personalization is done solely for the customer and the customized product cannot be sold to any other customer.

 

Exchange:

Within the month of post-delivery, reach out to our customer support to avail of the exchange perk. To utilize the exchange perk, one or more than one policy needs to be satisfied:

  • The delivered product was of the wrong size
  • The delivered product was damaged
  • The delivered product was different from what you ordered
  • If the mistake occurred from the customer’s end, you will be liable to pay delivery charges

However, please note that in such scenarios we do offer the facility of alteration, in which we fix the already delivered product and send it back to you. To know more, reach out to the customer support team.

 

Procedure To Claim Exchange Or Return

  • Reach out the customer support with the issue
  • Your issue will be analyzed and we’ll let you know within 48 hours
  • If the claim is accepted, we will share the warehouse address so you can ship it back to us
