Return and Exchange Policy
Finest quality materials are used in the production of Genuine Leather Jacket items, which are then sold to pleased customers. If a customer needs to return or exchange the product for whatever reason, the following guidelines will impact.
Important Note: The product must be unused and unworn to be eligible for a return or exchange. It must also be in its original packaging and labeling.
Exchange policy
. Customized orders are not acceptable for exchange requests.
. The exchanged products are not accepted for the free shipping option.
. In the case of an exchange or return, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs in both directions: the cost to return the product from our warehouse to the customer’s address.
. After shipping the product for exchange, customers must wait three to five days. The process is carried out once the QA department is satisfied.
. The exchanged product could be delivered after an average of two or three weeks.
Return policy
Returns are only possible in specific circumstances. Forever Leather Jackets holds itself completely responsible for producing high-class goods. However, you are entitled to a refund for your product if there are genuine problems, such as those listed below:
. The product that was delivered differs from what you ordered.
. The delivered order’s measurements and size differ from the original order.
. The product delivered is broken, dented, or not fit for wear.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days after receiving your order. Any claims made after this deadline won’t be taken into consideration.
In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipment, either by the customer or another authority, we reserve the right to reject any claims for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
