Refund & Returns Policy

ForeverJackets believes in being valuable to the customers and that’s the reason we take refund, return and exchange needs seriously. In order to keep things systematic and clear, the following are the return and exchange policies for our company functions. Before making the claim for return and exchange please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies.

Return Policy conditions

We have mentioned the terms and conditions of the return and exchange policy so there is no confusion between you and the store. The conditions are as follows:

1) You can claim your return or exchange within 30 days of the period.

2) If the time has exceeded 30 days we will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction or errors.

3) Please send us an email with all the details prior, and mention the reason for the return.

4) Make sure to claim the return if the product is in its original form only.

5) We must receive the product with the tag, or else the return won’t be valid.

6) Make sure that the apparel is not washed even once if you have to return it.

7) The process of refund is completed in 3 days you will receive your refund money within 3 days. Sometimes bank process may take a few days, which can make the process last longer than 5 to 14 working days to receive your refund money back. You get notified by our customer support team via email.

8) Any stains or mishaps may not be valid for the return policy.

9) The customized parcels won’t be able to claim returns as they are only manufactured specifically for you.

10) If you have to claim the return then you must pay for the return shipment costs.

11) When you receive the ID or tracking number please send it to the customer support team.

12) You may put the address details the same as the parcel received details were mentioned on the package on receiving.
